Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with Suki Warda


sup 1Bring your practice to the waters of Lake Monona and take full advantage of Madison in the summer months. Suki will guide you through a full asana practice and, will also give you all the tools and technique you need to feel confident on your board. SUP yoga requires the use of your whole body and the attention of your whole mind. In effect, the practice is both physically challenging and mentally calming.

A light snack will be provided post paddle.



suki SUpSuki has a passion for SUP yoga and is Paddle Fit Core certified. She has spent the last several summers on the water and is excited to share SUP with The Studio community.

Suki on her love for Paddle Board Yoga:

“As any Yogi knows, everything ‘off the mat’ becomes a place to do your practice. Trees, beaches, sunsets, rocks…why not a floating mat in a body of water? If you practice on your mat regularly, you will find a seamless transition of your practice onto the floating board. SUP Yoga is special way to deepen your breath work, alignment, gratitude and humility for your practice.”

*Cancellations that occur more than 14 days from program date will be charged a $20 cancellation/administrative fee. Cancellations less than 14 days of program date will receive a 50% refund – any cancellations within 48 hours or less of program date will not be refunded.
