Whether you’re brand new to yoga, an experienced yogi looking to take your physical or spiritual practice to the next level, or a student working through an injury or other setbacks…private yoga can be a beautiful option to enhance your individual journey.


Personal Yoga/Fitness Training Rates:

  • $80/hour (1 person)  *All teachers except Keith and Kathleen. See their rates below.

Private Classes:

  • Semi-Private Class (3-4 people): $50/person for 1-hour (Please contact us to schedule.)
  • Private Large Group Classes : Please contact us for more information.
  • Private Yoga Party (one hour yoga class + one hour to hang): $250

Keith Borden


Keith offers Private Sessions for:

  • Personal yoga instruction
  • Therapeutic yoga
  • Yoga instructors looking for guidance and a mentor to grow their teaching skills
  • Individuals who just need to discuss life happenings.

Keith is a E-RYT, a singer, kirtan wallah, a bhakti yogi and an interfaith minister. He leads teacher trainings, workshops and retreats throughout the world. His vast experience as a teacher and open heart as a practitioner of life give him the tools to help guide you in your journey on or off the mat.
